Can I return a part in person?

We do not have a location where returns can be brought in person. Returned items need to be shipped to our warehouse in Edison, NJ.

 

Does Undercar Experts pay for the return shipping?

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to pay for return shipping costs.

 

What do I do if an item is damaged?

If you received a damaged item, please contact us right away. We request that you take pictures of the shipping box and the damaged item. The pictures can be sent to support@undercarexperts.com. We will file a claim and ship a replacement right away.

 

I ordered from Undercar Experts but the return address on my package lists another company. Why is that?

We may sometimes drop ship parts from a vendor located closer to you. These alternate locations are held to the same quality standards as every box that leaves the Undercar Experts main facility. Please note that all returned items should still be shipped to our main location at 120 Fieldcrest Ave, Edison, NJ 08837.

 

How long does it take to get my credit/refund after you get my return?

Once returns arrive at our warehouse they are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Please note returns are only processed on business days. We will send a confirmation email detailing the return. Refunds take 1-7 business days to post to your account, depending upon how quickly your bank processes credits.

If multiple items are returned they may be separated during the return process. In this situation you will receive a separate email confirmation for each item returned.

 

I received the wrong/incorrect part.

We're here to make sure we fix the issue as quickly as possible. If you receive an item that doesn't fit or is incorrect, please reach out to our team right away. Let us know the part you received, the part you didn't receive, and the date that you need the replacement by. We will get to the bottom of the problem and facilitate a solution right away.

 

Does Undercar Experts cover labor or repair expense on replacement items?

We do not cover any type of labor or repair expenses. However if you have a new product and want to return it for a refund it can be returned within 30 days. Returns can be sent to our main warehouse in Edison, NJ.
